Scandinavian BLU is a company that provides telecommunications services in Scandinavia and the Baltics. The company is focused on building and maintaining networks of mobile operators. Since our inception, our company has been constantly expanding its competencies. To date, we have built over 400 BTS sites. We have built countless in-house networks and custom solutions. We also plan, optimize and test cellular networks.
